The Wild Rest is not just a yoga series. It's an act of rebellion against constant productivity. Against New Year New You. A sacred space where you'll learn to honour the natural rhythm of restoration.

  • 5-Week Immersive Experience Sink into a carefully crafted journey of gentle movement, deep restoration, and intentional stillness. Each class is designed to mirror winter's profound lessons of inner quiet and regeneration.

  • Practices Tailored to Winter's Essence Slow, grounding practices that respect your body's need for gentleness. Restorative poses that invite you to unwind, release, and reconnect with your deepest self.

How it works:

 

We'll come together in the Wandering Studio (aka the zoom room) every Monday from the 6th January - 3rd February at 7pm.

We’ll take an hour out to move slowly, to breathe, to pause & to rest.

  • 6th January ~ Authentic slow Flow

  • 13th January ~ Yin & Yoga Nidra

  • 20th January ~ Rest in Movement

  • 27th January ~ Slow flow to embodied Yin

  • 3rd February January ~ Myofascial Yin

If you can't make it live, classes will be uploaded to our portal that has a community area to connect as you wish along this journey of going inwards.

For the 5 weeks you'll have access to The Wandering Studio's On Demand Library.

So…

  • As the nights draw in & you know you won't make it to a studio.

  • And instead want to start the year slowly. Sipping in 60 minutes every week giving yourself permission to slow down. slow down. surrender & rest

  • But find yourself on the other side of the world.

  • Whether it’s embodied movement or meditations, yin or slow flow. You want to take time out for you from the comfort of your home (or on an island somewhere)

FAQs

  • All classes will be for all levels. Sadie will offer lots of options so you can take as much or as little as you like. Remember, we were all just starting out once..!

  • Not a problem. All sessions will be recorded, uploaded to our private facebook group and emailed after each class. So you can practice the recording in your own time. Again and again. And again.

  • The Softening is a 6 week Online journey to embrace the sweet surrender of Autumn.

    It's recommended you join for the 6 week block so you can truly embrace the softening of Autumn.

    You can join all sessions for £45 or join weekly for £10 a session.

  • Starting from the 6th January we’ll meet every Monday at 7pm.

    • 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th January

    • 3rd February

  • We'll come together in the wandering studio (via zoom), so even if you're on the other side of the world - you really can practice anywhere.

  • Each class is curated to support you in slowing down, letting go & embracing the quiet beauty of Winter.
