Payment Policy

To reserve a spot on a Wild Thing Retreat, a non-refundable booking fee of £200 per person is required upon booking. Payment of any outstanding sums owed (the balance) must be made before the specified Payment Due Date for the Retreat which you are booking. 

Final balances are due 30 days before the departure date of the trip. If final payments are not received by 30 days prior to departure, Sadie Tonks reserves the right to cancel your reservation and accept new reservations for your space. If you do not think you can pay in time please contact us via email.

Cancellation Policy

You acknowledge and understand that over the coming months there is the risk of further government travel restrictions due to Covid-19. Where you choose to book a holiday with us you agree and acknowledge that there is an increased risk of you being unable to take the holiday on that date due to Covid-19. In these circumstances you must obtain travel insurance to protect you from any risk that you cannot travel on the original date booked.

For trip cancellations or postponements made in connection with COVID-19, special terms apply

We are offering complete flexibility on dates and destinations so that you can move to a Retreat later in the year. We’ll transfer any and all payments you’ve made to a room of your choice on a trip of your choice over the next two (2) years.

Alternatively, if you’re unable to make a new date you may request a full refund of payments.

Guest Cancellations

If you need to cancel any Wild Thing Retreat, cancellation fees will apply. Any notice of cancellation must be provided in writing.

Please refer to the following for a breakdown of applicable cancellation fees:

If you cancel 90 days or more before your Start Date, you will be refunded the full amount paid up to that date for your retreat. This excludes the £200 deposit per person which is non-refundable

If you cancel between 60 – 90 days before your Start Date, you will be refunded 50% of any sums paid. This excludes the £200 deposit per person which is non-refundable

Cancellations less than 60 days before the Start Date of your Escape are non-refundable and will result in a forfeit of any and all sums paid.

Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.

Cancellations made by Us

If for any reason Wild Thing has to cancel or change the Start Date of any Retreat, for any reason whatsoever, you’re entitled to transfer the sums paid to another Wild Thing Retreat (either scheduled or at some future time within the next two (2) years) to be used as credit.

Alternatively, you may request a refund of payments made by You to Us, which will be accommodated for insofar as is possible, taking into consideration any non-retrievable costs to which we committed in anticipation of your Retreat.

Travel Documents and Immunisations

It is the responsibility of each traveler to obtain all required travel documents including Visas and other travel documents unless otherwise noted. Information regarding necessary documentation is provided per trip on booking or you can contact us for more detailed information regarding your trip requirements. It is your responsibility to purchase correct immunisations. Please contact your nearest travel clinic for the latest requirements.

Your Health

By accepting this Tour Participant Agreement I (the trip participant) represent that I have no physical conditions or medical precautions which would adversely affect my ability to take part in the yoga activity or other physical or cultural activities offered on Wild Thing retreats. I fully understand that my participation in the yoga or other activities could be injurious to my health and I voluntarily assume all risks related to such activities.

Personal Release

By agreeing to the terms outlined here and elsewhere on Sadie Tonks website I hereby release and discharge my rights and claims for damages or liabilities that may occur as a result of participation on a Wild Thing Retreat, including but not limited to damages as a result of unexpected occurrences including those from weather, local political situations, wildlife or uncontrollable acts of God, including the risk of death. I release Sadie Tonks including its owners, directors, employees, guides, yoga teachers and partners from liability for personal injury, illness, emotional damage, incurred travel expenses or property damage I may incur as a result of participation on this trip. For the benefit of everyone on your trip, Sadie Tonks reserves the right to accept or reject any participant at any time without liability, and in the event it determines, in its sole and exclusive discretion, that a participant is disruptive to the harmony of the trip, it may without any obligation to pay a refund or any other amount whatsoever, expel such participant from the trip. Sadie Tonks will carry no responsibility or liability for any participant who leaves the trip prior to its conclusion or for any activity undertaken by any participant, which is not included on the trip itinerary.
