All classes will be for all levels. Sadie will offer lots of options so you can take as much or as little as you like. Remember, we were all just starting out once..!

Not a problem. All sessions will be recorded, uploaded to our private facebook group and emailed after each class. So you can practice the recording in your own time. Again and again. And again.

The Softening is a 6 week Online journey to embrace the sweet surrender of Autumn.
It's recommended you join for the 6 week block so you can truly embrace the softening of Autumn.
You can join all sessions for £45 or join weekly for £10 a session.

We'll come together in the wandering studio (via zoom), so even if you're on the other side of the world - you really can practice anywhere.

Each class is curated to support you in slowing down, letting go & embracing the quiet beauty of Autumn.
We'll explore more restful practices such as Embodied Yin, Slow Flow & Authentic Flow
All practices will offer freedom & curiosity in your own body.
